this pool hall/whore house is an all black building with an all black interior. the first floor is disguised as a pool hall, full of liquor, rock music, and the clanking of pool sticks hitting billiard balls. the second floor is where the prostitutes are found, usually imported through the black market from around the world, and where you can pay little for an entire hour with a delicious, most likely infected, babe. the third floor is mainly a drug factory where they successfully turned firewater into a drug that is addictive and where you can buy it for a shiny coin.
