the place is in the slums and ghettos of the south side and looks like nothing more than a run down home. the windows have bars over them and it has two floors and a slightly crooked porch on the front. made of aging wood and cement, this is where the lekkas sisters have lives for the past decade and it is where the head lekkas sister holds her meetings for the rebels making it the headquarters for them. usually their meetings are held in the basement which has a secret entrance through the floorboards of the living room. the government has yet to figure out where the rebels are always gathering and it is usually here or in the black market's winding tunnels.
