nope, the island does not have internet access. for this reason, people, even more, live off their cellphones. you can still text, still make calls, and still take pictures of that car wreck you just saw two minutes ago, but don't expect to access the internet on these things. the government really hates you.

this is the part of skopelos where the night life is what it is best known for. because the night life here is so upbeat with a touch of classy and chic danger, it is where most of the police officers of skopelos do their rounds. here is where clubs, parties, and drunks reign but also where you can find the best food in all of the island. it can be full of family fun...if you arrive at ten in the morning and leave before six in the evening. here no one judges anyone so anyone wishing to be free of harsh reality to escape into a surreal life is welcome here.

this is where most of the people on the island with families reside. full of parks and winding, white washed homes that glisten in the sunlight upon rolling hills, there isn't enough room in the cobble-stoned streets for cars. most people have motor scooters, bicycles, or they simply walk everywhere. it is one of the safest parts of the island because it is so heavily protected by the police officers, most of which live there with their own families and friends.

this is where the lowest of the lower class tends to congregate. because the rebels are all for the people, most of them reside here on the part of the island that looks like a make shift ghetto from the holocaust of world war two. here you'll find prostitutes on the corner, drug dealers passing out firewater for under the counter pricing, and it is regularly known for having lots of shootings and a lot of gang activity. known as the worst part of the island, this is one place where you would hate to be lost in.
